Our Month-of Coordination package is ideal for clients who have secured their vendors and made the major decisions, but need a professional team to step in and tie everything together. We begin about 1-2 months prior to the event, reviewing details, creating a master timeline, confirming logistics, and serving as the main point of contact for vendors.
On the wedding day, we’re there from start to finish—managing the timeline, troubleshooting, and ensuring everything flows effortlessly so you can focus on what matters most.

Lead coordinator + assistant on-site for up to 10 hours
